The checker only covers products and brands currently in Edmar Motorcycle Parts and Accessories' inventory, not a general database of all parts worldwide.

Pre-order is used when an item is currently out of stock or when you need a custom-sourced motorcycle part. Submitting a pre-order reserves the item without any upfront payment.

You pay in cash at the shop counter only when you collect the arrived part.

For in-stock reservations: Stock is allocated immediately at checkout. The 24-hour pickup countdown begins at the exact moment the reservation is placed.

For pre-orders: The 24-hour countdown begins only after the item physically arrives at our store and a readiness notification is recorded in your account.

All payments are made in-store in cash when you pick up your reserved item. There is no online payment collection or online gateway.

Online reservations receive a "Reservation Acknowledgement — No Payment Collected — Not an Official Receipt". An official sales receipt is issued at the shop POS once cash payment is completed upon physical pickup.

Log in to your customer dashboard to monitor active reservations, pre-orders, and repair service jobs in real time.

Yes. You can cancel any reservation directly from your dashboard prior to pickup. The reserved item is immediately released back to catalog stock.

All returns and refunds must be presented in person at our physical shop with the official POS receipt. Our mechanics will inspect the item in accordance with Philippine consumer protection laws (RA 7394).
